United States Shipping Information:
We offer UPS and USPS shipping for orders in the United States. Shipping fees are based on the size and weight of the package and the destination.
Our shopping cart will give you the estimated shipping cost of your order. If actual shipping prices are lower or higher than estimated, you will be notified and billed the actual fee. If you are concerned about shipping costs please call the shipping department Mon. – Fri., 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Central Time, at 615-943-6369 for a shipping quote prior to placing an order.
Note: When selecting a delivery address please DO NOT use PO Boxes, UPS only delivers to physical addresses. UPS does not normally deliver on weekends, so do not calculate those days in when choosing faster shipping methods.
International Shipping Information:
For international orders please select the flat rate shipping method during the checkout process. International orders are shipped via USPS International First Class Mail for packages up to four pounds, with an estimated delivery time of 5-10 days.
For international orders weighing over four pounds additional shipping charges may apply.
